I have loved poetry for as long as I can remember. I began writing poetry as a teenager, but I kept those poems to myself locked away in my journals.  In my college days, I worked at the University’s literary journal and I had some of my work published then, but that was really the beginning and the end of my published poetry.

I joined the gaiam.com ‘Empowered by Poetry’ group and I began to share some of my work there. Occaisionally I will publish a poem on my personal blog, www.brnwebgrrl.com, but until I began this blog, my poems have been scattered here and there. This is not nearly all of them, but it’s a start. I plan to pull the pieces that I can find into a chap book and share that here on this blog.

So, I hope that you enjoy my work. I write in free verse as the Muse blesses me. I don’t fuss over my poems. They often come to me all at once and I must stop where ever I am and write it down to capture the burst of inspiration.  Feel free to contact me at: ebb567 AT gmail DOT com.
